We believe Jesus when he said: "For the bread of God is that which comes down from heaven, and gives life to the world" (John 6:33). Here are some of the missionaries, organizations, and outreach opportunities through which we at Trinity participate in God's mission "for the life of the world."

Outreach Committee

This committee is always open to suggestions as to how Trinity can participate in God's call to make disciples of all nations, starting here in Bakersfield and extending to the ends of the earth. Some of the ministries supported include:

Amor Ministries, Mexico

Each year we send a group of youth and adults to build a house in Mexico for a family in need. 

Flood Ministry

For the past few years, Trinity has served the poor and needy of Bakersfield by participating in Flood Ministries. Through this ministry we provide a hot meal, groceries and a service of worship.

Prison & Life Recovery Ministry, Deacon John LaMar

This ministry is part of a national campaign to provide Bible study to prisoners and for those in life recovery from addiction. They also co-sponsor the Jason's Christmas Tree Project, which provides gifts and the Christmas message to the children of prisoners.
